As a marketing consultant, I partnered with two clients—Beyond Sport and The Village Cookie Shoppe (in collaboration with MHALA)—to deliver strategic, research-based insights that improved both brand positioning and operational impact.

Beyond Sport faced difficulty aligning its messaging with the expectations of modern donors and corporate social responsibility (CSR) stakeholders. The organization needed a more refined segmentation strategy and fundraising narrative to resonate with today’s philanthropic landscape. Meanwhile, The Village Cookie Shoppe, a small business supported by MHALA, struggled with limited brand awareness in a saturated local market and needed data-backed insights to increase visibility and engagement with new audiences.

Research and Communication
For Beyond Sport, we co-authored a Donor Segmentation Report, conducted financial benchmarking using IRS Form 990s, and revamped pitch decks to align with CSR, SDG, and SROI frameworks—improving clarity and donor alignment. For The Village Cookie Shoppe, we executed a marketing strategy grounded in Instagram analytics and competitor research, which resulted in a 50% increase in brand awareness and a more data-informed approach to audience engagement.
